Daily rate (min 3 nights)

£100.00 a day + one cleaning fee.
- Weeks inclusive of Easter//New Year have a 5 night minimum stay at the daily rate, weekly at high season rate.
- Christmas bookings are minimum weekly bookings at high season rate.

Payment: Self Catering Advance deposit of 25% payable within 7 days of booking.

B&B reservation can be done by card providing it is in date at the time of stay, same terms apply or a 25% cheque deposit. Final payment, if by cheque must be accompanied by a valid Cheque Guarantee Card. Please make all cheques payable to "DOUBLE-GATE B&B."
 No Deposits Refunded.

Cancellation policy.

In common with all accommodation providers in the UK, Double Gate Farm B&B and self-catering has a cancellation policy. When you book a holiday in the UK you are entering into a legally binding contract. If you are forced to cancel your booking for any reason i.e. illness, or redundancy, you may be liable for cancellation charges we make if the accommodation cannot be re-let. For B&B this is 2/3 of the cost of the stay, and for self-catering the full cost of the stay. Deposits paid at the time of booking are not usually refundable. You may wish to make arrangements for insurance to cover this. A booking made on behalf of third parties is the responsibility of the person making the booking, and the full amount is payable even if the whole party do not use the booking.
